Client Lifecycle Manager
CareerFinders, on behalf of client, a CySEC regulated Investment Firm with expanding operations across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Client Lifecycle Manager to join their growing team based in either Limassol or Nicosia. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for overseeing the entire client journey, from onboarding to retention and loyalty, ensuring a high-quality customer experience that aligns with our business goals and regulatory requirements. You should be educated to degree level in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field and possess approximately 2+ years of relevant experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis, preferably in the financial services sector. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop
and execute strategies for managing client relationships throughout their
lifecycle, maximizing client engagement and retention.
- Analyse
client behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for service
improvements and personalized client interactions.
- Collaborate
with marketing, and support teams to ensure a cohesive client experience
and address client needs effectively.
- Manage
CRM systems, ensuring accurate data collection and analysis for informed
decision-making.
- Oversee
the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and
a smooth start for new clients.
- Implement
targeted communication and marketing campaigns to different segments of
the client base.
- Monitor
and report on client lifecycle metrics, providing insights and
recommendations to senior management.
- Stay
up-to-date with developments in the financial services industry and
regulatory changes, adapting strategies as necessary.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor's
degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum
of 2 of experience in client lifecycle management or data analysis,
preferably in the financial services sector.
- Proficient
in data analytics tools.
- Strong
understanding of the financial services industry and regulatory
environment.
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
- Demonstrated
ability to develop and implement successful client relationship
strategies.
