Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Managing a portfolio consisting of both local and international clients.
• Involvement in client acceptance procedures and preparation of the proper KYC file.
• Understanding the client’s business.
• Providing regular reports to the Head of the accounting department regarding the status, progress and completion of clients’ bookkeeping.
• Reporting and following up on VAT and VIES deadlines.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned by Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar is desirable.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as an accounting/bookkeeper is a must.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Capable of working on own initiative.
• Pleasant personality.
• Fluent knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Eager to constantly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
