Civil Engineer
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Engineering Firm with regional operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Civil Engineer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As a Civil Engineer, you will primarily be responsible for managing the execution of all construction works entrusted to the company, including managing the relationship between internal departments and clients in order to meet client expectations and ensure timely project delivery. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Civil Engineering, who possess approximately 5+ years of proven experience in a relevant role. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential, with any prior experience with post-tensioning concrete repairs considered an advantage. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Organize
project kick-off meetings with the clients, estimation, and design
departments.
- Liaise
with internal teams, contractors, and consultants.
- Manage
design schedules, site implementation, and material logistics.
- Ensure
safety, QA/QC compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Support
business development and explore new technologies.
- Prepare,
review, and send RFIs for awarded projects.
- Prepare
minutes of meetings (internal/external) and send them to the concerned
parties.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated
to degree level in Civil Engineering
- Approximately
5+ years of proven experience as a Civil Engineer is essential.
- Prior
experience with post-tensioning concrete repairs is desirable.
- Knowledge
of Health & Safety best practices.
- Ability
to assess structural integrity and problem-solve engineering challenges.
- Fluency
in verbal and written Greek and English.
- Strong written and verbal communication for reports, proposals, and team coordination.
