Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
• Development and implementation of Business Development strategies to attract new clients and projects.
• Monitoring the progress of the projects and ensuring the timely issuance of regulatory and other related documents.
• Collaboration with all company departments to achieve business goals and improve processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring high levels of quality and safety.
• Preparation and presentation of progress reports and financial reports to stakeholders.
• Market research of components/production machinery from abroad.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized educational institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, with proven ability to manage construction projects.
• Knowledge of project management and business strategy development.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and write reports.
• Knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
