Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Overseeing
site operations and activities.
- Organizing
and managing construction site logistics.
- Coordination,
management and organisation of construction sites, company workshops and
- Developing
project bids and proposals.
- Managing
procurement of necessary materials.
- Generating
documentation for transactions.
- Addressing
technical issues and challenges.
- Monitoring
project finances and timelines.
- Any
other relevant duties as required by the Company.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Holder
of a Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Approximately
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Good
knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Very
good knowledge of Greek and English.
- Member
of ETEK.
- Strong
communication and project management skills.
- Good
interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Holder
of a driver's license.
