As a Cisco Support Engineer, you will provide day-to-day support for Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice and video communication systems, as well as assisting with Jabber, Meraki and Webex implementations. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in relevant field, who posses proven experience support Cisco technologies. You will need to hold the CMNA (Certified Meraki Networking Associate) & CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) certifications, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide day-to-day support for Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of voice and video communication systems.
  • Assist with Jabber and Webex implementations, ensuring integration for messaging, meetings, and collaboration features; handle inbound queries, resolve connectivity issues
  • Manage and support the Meraki Dashboard, including diagnostics for wireless networks, security appliances, switches, and other cloud-managed infrastructure; optimize performance and resolve reported issues.
  • Support Cisco and Meraki switches, including configuration, troubleshooting, firmware updates, and integration with broader network environments to maintain reliable connectivity and performance.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to implement solutions, perform upgrades, and ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Monitor system health, conduct root-cause analysis for outages, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Stay updated on Cisco product updates and emerging technologies in collaboration and networking.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in supporting Cisco technologies, including Cisco Call Manager, Meraki & Webex.
  • Certified Meraki Networking Associate (CMNA).
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
  • Holders of the Cisco Business Architecture Analyst certification are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, QoS, and network security.
  • Experience with Cisco IOS, NX-OS, ASA, and Firepower preferred.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
