CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a recently established company offering Data Analytics services and solutions to the Real Estate Sector across Europe, we are seeking to recruit a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) you will provide strategic leadership and oversee the efficient execution of company operations. The COO will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role will focus on optimizing internal processes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating across various teams to ensure smooth project execution. Our client is seeking candidates with proven experience in process management and optimization within the Information Technology, FinTech and/or Real Estate Sectors here in Cyprus, who possess a demonstrable track record in data analysis and maintaining data accuracy and exceeding designated revenue targets. You will need to be fluent in English, have a passion for technology, with the ability to optimize the flow and efficiency of the company. Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement business
strategies, ensuring alignment across all departments (Finance, Sales,
Marketing, HR).
- Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring they
are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
- Lead and manage teams to achieve performance goals and objectives.
- Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs,
and ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for company
operations, working closely with the data analytics team.
- Manage client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact
throughout the onboarding process, negotiating requirements, addressing
concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Oversee quality assurance processes, ensuring regular checks and
implementation of improvements based on findings and client feedback.
Key
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management,
or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years in operations and project management.
- Proven experience in process management, optimization, and data
analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
