Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Lead the overall strategic direction and operational management of the Company.
• Oversee financial planning, management accounting, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Develop and implement sustainable financial models incorporating public funding and own revenue streams.
• Redesign internal structures, processes, and governance frameworks to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Ensure transparency, compliance, and sound corporate governance across all operations.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financing, Engineering, or a related field.
• A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CFA etc.) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of senior leadership or CEO experience.
• Experience managing 50+ person organizations or divisions.
• Previous executive experience (VP, GM, COO, or CTO).
• Track record of scaling revenue, teams, operations and hiring VPs/Directors.
• Strong expertise in operational management, financial management and strategic planning.
• Solid understanding of technology ecosystems, funding instruments, and innovation policies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Postgraduate qualifications will be an asset.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
