Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Supervise all accounting activities including Bookkeeping, Invoicing, Payroll, A/R, A/P, VAT, various tax related issues etc…
• Ensure all accounting department activities are performed in a correct and timely manner.
• Responsible for Management Reporting, Financial Analysis, Financial Planning and Forecasting.
• Responsible for cash flow monitoring, payment schedules, ad hoc payment agreements with Vendors.
• Ensure that all clients’ and vendors’ term agreements are followed.
• Responsible for Bank Accounts and Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations.
• Assist and monitor the external audit process.
• Ensure statutory compliance.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics or another relevant field is desirable.
• Holders of, or those working towards an accounting qualification are welcome to apply.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant professional experience is a must.
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English are essential.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
