In this key leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of a 24/7 call centre, ensuring timely and efficient customer support for roadside and accident assistance services. Responsibilities include managing team performance, driving service excellence, and supporting staff development. Applicants should have at least 2+ years of experience in a team leader or supervisory role, preferably within a call centre environment, and demonstrate strong leadership skills, a hands-on approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
