CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established multi-asset global trading platform, with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Representative (Italian-Speaking) join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for supporting clients’ trading and investing activities, including managing the entire onboarding process, from first contact to active trading. You will work in an international environment, introducing traders and investors to a premium multi-asset platform, and will focus on providing exceptional customer service. You will ideally be educated to degree level, and will need to be fluent to a native level in Italian, as well as hold full professional fluency in English. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes Hybrid working options.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the entire onboarding process, from first contact to active trading.
  • Assist in the collection of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation during the onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering high-quality support and excellent service.
  • Respond to client inquiries regarding our trading products and platform features.
  • Assist clients with account management and platform navigation (no investment advice).
  • Maintain accurate records of all client communications and activities for audit and regulatory reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across London, New York, Cyprus, Sofia, Melbourne, and Hong Kong.
  • Consistently meet and exceed team targets and KPIs.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A commercial apprenticeship or a degree, preferably in finance or a related field.
  • You communicate professionally in Italian (business fluent) and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for financial markets and solid foundational knowledge in this area.
  • Enjoy working with clients and have a strong focus on customer service.
  • You take pride in high-quality work, are proactive in learning new topics independently, and know when to ask the right questions.
  • Being able to react quickly and solve problems in real-time.
