As a Business Development Manager, you will support the expansion of the business across the European and Middle Eastern markets. This is a highly hands-on and commercially focused role, and the ideal candidate should have a strong existing network and proven relationships across Europe and/or the Middle East, together with a solid understanding of the CFD/Forex industry and regional market dynamics. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, research, and proactively approach potential IBs, affiliates, introducing partners and strategic business partners across Europe and the Middle East.
  • Leverage existing industry relationships and personal networks to generate new business opportunities and accelerate partner acquisition.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies for targeted European and Middle Eastern markets.
  • Build, develop and maintain strong long-term relationships with IBs, affiliates and other strategic partners.
  • Assess prospective partners based on commercial potential, client quality, geographic reach, historical performance, reputation, and overall business suitability.
  • Lead commercial discussions and negotiate partnership terms in line with company objectives and internal policies.
  • Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to increase FTDs, deposits, trading activity, and overall revenue contribution.
  • Identify market trends, competitor activity, and new acquisition channels to support market expansion.
  • Work closely with Operations, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure partners are properly supported and commercial activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong commercial pipeline, including prospects, negotiations, onboarding status, expected business potential and performance.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships or Affiliate Management within the CFD/Forex, online trading, brokerage, fintech, or broader financial services industry.
  • Established relationships with IBs, affiliates, introducing brokers, financial marketers or other client acquisition partners in Europe and/or the Middle East.
  • Demonstrable track record of acquiring and developing new partners and generating measurable business results.
  • Strong understanding of the CFD/Forex industry, IB models, affiliate models, and performance-based commercial structures.
  • Good understanding of European and/or Middle Eastern financial markets and the commercial dynamics of the region.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
  • Ability to identify opportunities independently and convert relationships into measurable business results.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to evaluate partner quality, business potential, and ROI.
  • Arabic and/or other European languages would be a strong advantage.
