CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an innovative Group of Companies that develops new products and services for niche markets, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Paphos. As a Business Development Manager, you will Identify, develop, and market new products and services in new market niches. Working closely with the CEO, you will play a key role in the development of new products together with external product designers. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, or another relevant field, who possess entrepreneurial drive and strong SEO skills. Understanding of digital sales and marketing channels is essential, along with a commercial mindset, with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English is a must, with knowledge of any additional languages considered an advantage. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, develop, and market new products and services in new market niches in cooperation with the CEO.
  • Work closely with external product designers.
  • Develop marketing and sales channels for new products, including digital marketing and social media channels, as well as traditional sales channels.
  • Drive market expansion by researching new markets, customers, and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business partners and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Entrepreneurial drive.
  • Understanding of digital sales and marketing channels incl. social media marketing.
  • SEO skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
  • Flexible thinking combined with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking.
  • Prepared to work independently in a small start-up environment.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
