CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading real estate and investment management firm with global operations, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Business Development Manager, you will grow and manage a portfolio of professionals, well informed investors, HNWI clients and intermediaries. Your role will include planning, organising, and executing networking, marketing, and sales activities at a volume sufficient to meet capital-raising targets. We are seeking applicants who ideally possess 5+ years’ experience in banking, insurance, financial services, or professional services and you must have an established personal network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), well-informed investors, and/or professional intermediaries. A proactive and commercial mindset with a high level of professional integrity is essential and fluency in Greek and English is a must. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage a portfolio of professionals, well informed investors, HNWI clients and intermediaries.
  • Promote a range of structured regulated real estate and credit investment funds.
  • Plan, organise, and execute networking, marketing, and sales activities at a volume sufficient to meet capital-raising targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with strategic partner firms that generate a consistent flow of investor leads.
  • Represent the company at events, roadshows, and private investor briefings.
  • Provide tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and compliance teams.
  • Prepare and submit progress, activity, and performance reports to management weekly in accordance with the Company’s reporting policies.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in banking, insurance, financial services, or professional services.
  • Must have an established personal network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), well-informed investors, and/or professional intermediaries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and commercial mindset with a high level of professional integrity.
  • Fluent in English and Greek; other languages are a plus.
