As a Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be on identifying and developing business opportunities across international markets, building relationships with institutional clients, and promoting our client’s advanced fintech solutions. You will need to possess at least 3+ years of experience in a relevant Sales and/or Business Development role within the financial technology space, with solid technical knowledge of trading systems, APIs, FIX protocol, and low-latency environments. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement business development strategies targeting global clients.
  • Identify new opportunities and drive client acquisition across institutional and fintech sectors.
  • Promote technology solutions, including liquidity aggregation, low-latency connectivity, and hosting services.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.
  • Represent the Company at key international industry events and conferences.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales in financial technology.
  • Proven global market experience.
  • Ability to understand the needs and dynamics of institutional clients across various regions.
  • Solid technical knowledge of trading systems, APIs, FIX protocol, and low-latency environments.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing the full sales cycle independently.
