CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an AI startup specializing in the development of cutting-edge solutions to help businesses optimize customer interactions and enhance analytics, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team based in Cyprus. As a Business Development Manager, you will primarily be responsible for developing and executive a successful B2B strategy with the aim of positioning our client as a leader in the AI solutions market here in Cyprus. We are seeking applicants with proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or similar, who have a passion for technology. Any prior experience working in the Telecommunications, SaaS, or AI-related fields is desirable, and fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is essential. Initially based onsite in Larnaca, there is the scope for Hybrid and/or Remote working options within Cyprus further down the line. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a B2B business strategy to position the company in the AI solutions market.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients.
  • Build strategic partnerships and expand industry networks.
  • Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation, sales, and relationship building.
  • Represent the Company at industry events to enhance visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales materials and proposals.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Provide market insights to refine product offerings.

  • Experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnerships.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
  • Sales experience in Telecommunications, SaaS, or AI-related fields is desirable, but not essential.
