CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading PropTech residential rental platform with a vision to redefine the future of accommodation, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Business Development Executive, you will primarily be responsible for researching and sourcing qualified properties via market investigation, and establishing B2B relationships with real estate developers and real estate funds to secure bulk deals. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess demonstrated work experience in a similar role. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and hold a current drivers licence. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Research and source qualified properties via market investigation (real estate agencies, property adds, etc).
  • Establish B2B relationships with real estate developers and real estate funds to secure bulk deals.
  • Present company’s value proposition, the essence of the business, and the benefits of the product and services offer to landlords, real estate brokers and developers.
  • Communicate with landlords and real estate partners, negotiate prices and payments terms and administrate contracts according to company procedures.
  • Manage pipeline overall business growth through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and local market sector knowledge to increase supply.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to expand our reach and relevance in landlord, real estate broker, and developer communities.
  • Collect documentation required for the agreements and prepare the contract according to specifications determined by management and landlords.
  • On-board new properties including liaison with homeowners, the product design team and third-party contractors (e.g. suppliers).

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or any relevant field.
  • Demonstrated work experience in a similar role.
  • A passion for Real-Estate.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken).
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Commitment to delivering highest quality.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • EU driving license is required.
