Business Analyst
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established and highly regarded company operating in the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Business Analyst to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, who understands business needs, structure, processes, policies and operations. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field, who possess approximately 2+ years of previous experience in a relevant position. Proven knowledge of SQL is a must, as well as experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS). Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience including an annual incentive bonus, optional medical insurance and pension scheme.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis
requirements.
- Scope a project to meet business needs.
- Identify, define, communicate, and negotiate for solutions
(technical, business process/pro-cedural, etc.) that will maximize the
value delivered by an organization or business unit to the project
stakeholders.
- Translate technical and architectural issues so that project
stakeholders can understand and make effective decisions.
- Represent stakeholders on projects.
- Identify and model processes, data, and business rules.
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to
optimize and enhance our integration.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Economics/Information Systems, or
another relevant field is desirable.
- Approximately 2+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
or similar is essential.
- Strong hands-on experience in reports and dashboard creation.
- Proven knowledge of SQL is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel is a must.
- Experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS) is a
must.
- Ability to synthesize and analyze complex data from multiple
sources.
- Familiarity with databases logic.
