CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International nutraceutical company specializing in the development and manufacturing of premium-quality dietary supplements, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager to join their growing team based in Cyprus. A fully remote position within Cyprus, our client is ideally seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess proven experience in marketing and brand management, ideally gained working within the Pharmaceutical and/or Nutraceutical sectors. You will need to be fluent in verbal and written English, with any knowledge of the French language considered a significant advantage. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th Salary, Medical Insurance, and fully remote working conditions.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Stay up-to date and aware of any new products to be promoted.
  • Developing and overseeing the marketing strategy for products new launches for products in various geographical locations.
  • Establish brand plans and ensure implementation of the commercial Brand strategy and tactical Brand activities.
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns and assess return on investment (ROI) & Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Understand the market and keep an eye on competitors.
  • Developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development.
  • Ensure and oversee a proper collaboration with the Graphic designer to produce marketing materials (promotional, brochures, posters, roll ups, gadgets…) and updating the inventory.
  • Review boxes for printing.
  • Manage the social media platforms used and ensure the proper and timely preparation of related materials according to a set plan and for the different countries.
  • Ensure the preparation and the readiness of marketing messages on quarterly basis and provide necessary training, clear communication and proper implementation by the sales teams in all countries.
  • Ensure that all marketing tools are available to meet the product promotion plan.
  • Ensures the implementation of the marketing plans and initiatives as per the set plan and the collaboration of sales teams.
  • Plan complete launching plan of newly introduced products (all countries).
  • Perform cycle meetings and trainings for sales team in coordination with the Field Force Manager.
  • Marketing Campaigns for each product with positioning.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in a Science-related subject Field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in marketing in a pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical company will be considered a significant advantage.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with any knowledge of French considered a significant advantage.
