As a Brand Manager, you will primarily be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market share growth. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Marketing, Business, or a Medical Sciences related field, who possess approximately 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, ideally gained working in the Pharmaceutical sector. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, which includes a 13th Salary, 14th Salary, Provident Fund, and Medical Insurance.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business objectives and drive market share growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute effective sales support materials and training programs.
  • Cooperate with cross-functional teams in the execution of brand initiatives, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
  • Support Sales Teams & Correspondent Agents with Marketing Tools & Tactics.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, including advertising, PR, and digital marketing firms.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a Medical Sciences related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Approximately 3+ years of experience in a relevant Marketing role in the Pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good time-task allocation and ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
