CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an international Real Estate Investment Firm with regional offices in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Banking Administrator to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As a Banking Administrator, you will handle a range of duties, including liaising closely with various banking institutions, executing bank transfers, monitoring daily bank account activity, and more! Our client is seeking applicants who possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field, with any certifications in AML or ICA Compliance considered an advantage. Prior experience in a similar role is required, and you will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel is a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Liaise with bank institutions and prepare/submit various bank forms.
  • Execute transfers accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate with various departments to collect and verify necessary information.
  • Generate and maintain internal reports as required.
  • Monitor daily bank account activity, review statements and escalate/resolve discrepancies with banks or technical team as needed.
  • Maintain organised records and document filing within the system.
  • Perform additional administrative or financial duties as assigned by Management.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in AML or ICA Compliance is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English language.
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail .
  • High levels of focus and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a team member.
  • Perform well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
