CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established Electronic Money Institution (EMI) licenced by the Central Bank of Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Back Office Files Processing Officer to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for receiving, reviewing and processing back-office files in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements, as well as handling administrative tasks such as document filing and record-keeping. Our client is seeking candidates who are educated to degree level in a relevant field, who possess up to 3 years of experience in a relevant role. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Receive, review and process back-office files in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as document filing and record-keeping.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to update customer records and transaction information.
  • Conduct reconciliation activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.

 

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • BS in Management Information System (MIS) or similar.
  • Approximately 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in an effective manner.
  • Logical, analytical, and critical reasoning skills.
  • Ability to stay focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure of time and resources to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Organized, attentive to details and meticulous.
  • Sets priorities.
  • Takes initiative.
