CareerFinders, on behalf of our client an international provider of Marketing Solutions, we are seeking to recruit a B2B Conversion Agent to join their newly established team based in Limassol. As a B2B Conversion Agent, you will focus on converting inbound leads into active B2B clients by managing the client lifecycle, from onboarding to their first transaction. Our client is seeking applicants who hold at least 1+ year of previous experience in Sales and/or Client Support roles, who are self-motivated, and target driven. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written English, and be proficient using CRM systems such as Close, Salesforce, and/or HubSpot. A highly attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, and attractive commission structure. Working hours for this role are from 13:00 – 21:00 from Monday to Friday.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Assist new clients with the first transaction and guide through the dashboard.
  • Nurture client relationships through multi-channel communication.
  • Implement effective strategies to increase client conversion.
  • Assist Clients with payment methods, queries and requests.
  • Make a strong and trustworthy first impression with new B2B clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell relevant services based on client needs and engagement.
  • Provide educational support to enhance clients’ technological solutions knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Deliver a premium service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • At least 1+ year of experience in Sales and/or Client Support roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B products.
  • Self-motivated and target driven.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Close, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively.
  • Strong team player with a sense of individual responsibility.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Effective collaborator across departments.
  • Eager to learn and absorb new information.
  • Client-oriented with a commitment to build long term relationship.
