CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding importer and distributor of Electric Cars, Electric Scooters, and battery charging systems, we are seeking to recruit an Automotive Sales Manager to join their newly established team based in Nicosia. As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will lead a multi-brand sales team, playing a key role in achieving revenue goals, driving team performance, managing inventory, and maintaining exceptional customer relationships. Our client is seeking applicants who possess 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, who also hold demonstrable managerial experience. You should possess a deep understanding of auto financing, leasing, and inventory control, along with sound knowledge of digital sales channels and CRM platforms. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a generous base salary, along with a highly competitive commission structure.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for EVs, scooters, and charging solutions.
  • Monitor KPIs: conversion rates, gross profit, units sold, etc...
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Align inventory levels with sales targets and customer demand.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Set goals, manage performance, and create incentive programs.
  • Lead regular sales meetings and training sessions.
  • Oversee a client-first sales approach from inquiry to delivery.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and maintain satisfaction.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate across departments (finance, service, marketing).
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for Senior Management.

 

Key Skills/Experience:

 

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years in automotive sales is a must.
  • 2+ years of managerial experience is required.
  • Experience in EV and traditional vehicle sales is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital sales channels and CRM platforms.
  • Strong leadership, data analysis, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of auto financing, leasing, and inventory control.
