CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Audit, Accounting & Tax related services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Audit Manager to join their growing team based in Limassol. Working closely with Senior Management, the successful applicant will oversee the execution and completion of a variety of international and local audit engagements, building and sustaining excellent client relationships and delivering high-quality client service. You will ideally be educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and will be a full member of a recognised accounting body, with approximately 2+ years of post-qualification experience in the Audit profession. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek are a must. Our client offers an attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience, including a 13th Salary, Annual Bonus Scheme, Flexible Working Hours, and Friday afternoon’s off.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for leading statutory audits for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries in accordance with the International Standards on Auditing and Companies Law.
  • Coordinate various planning phases of the Firms engagements.
  • Establish primary working relationship with clients.
  • Generate budgets.
  • Monitor engagements to ensure work is effectively on time.
  • Review reports and financial statements based on IFRS.

Key Skills/Experience:  

  • Ideally educated to degree level in Accounting/Finance or a related field.
  • Full members of a recognised accounting body are encouraged to apply (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
  • Approximately 2 years of post-qualification experience in the Audit field is a must.
  • Very good use of MS Outlook and Caseware.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor others.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
