CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a specialized Alternative Investment Manager with significant experience and investments in the London real-estate market, we are seeking to recruit an Assistant Loan Officer to join their growing Underwriting Department based in Nicosia. The successful candidate will assist in the execution of loan documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements, as well as inputting and updating loan related data into the system with a high level of accuracy. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Economics, or another related field, who are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for maintaining and updating spreadsheets. Previous working experience of 2+ years in Banking, Finance or Customer Service roles will be considered a plus and excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English are a must. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package based on skills and experience, including 13th salary and Provident Fund. Working hours are from 10:00 – 19:00 Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 – 15:30 each Friday to mirror UK working hours. Any existing knowledge of the London area will be considered a significant advantage.
