Architect
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a fast-growing boutique Real Estate company which creates, transforms, and develops exceptional buildings, we are seeking to recruit an Architect to join their growing team based in Limassol. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Architecture, who possess approximately 5+ years of experience in a relevant role, with a deep knowledge of Cyprus planning codes, building codes, materials, and construction methods. You will need to be a member of ETEK, and hold strong knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Lumion. Fluency in both vernal and written Greek and English is a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare
architectural drawings and construction details.
- Propose
alternatives design solutions.
- Communicate
with external consultants to provide support and direction during the
design and construction phase of projects.
- Creating
drawings, diagrams and details.
- Developing
3D models of the project.
- Supervising
construction.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Qualified
architect and member of ETEK.
- Approximately
5+ years of working experience as an Architect is a must.
- Ability
to work with minimum guidance and as a part of a team.
- Fluency
in English and Greek.
- Computer
Literacy MS-office.
- Strong
knowledge of AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Lumion.
- Excellent
communication skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
