CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established and expanding provider of travel solutions to a wide range of both corporate and individual clients, we are seeking to recruit an Air Ticketing Specialist (Russian-Speaking) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Air Ticketing Specialist, you will primarily be responsible for booking and processing airline ticket reservations through the Amadeus and Farelogix systems. Our client is seeking applicants who are fluent in verbal and written English and Russian, who possess proven experience in a relevant position, with specific experience working with both the Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems considered essential. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Booking and processing airline tickets through the Amadeus and Farelogix systems.
  • Consulting clients on air travel and services.
  • Selection of optimal flight routes at the request of clients or company managers.
  • Issuance, correspondence, formation of refunds, cancellations of air tickets.
  • Calculation of changes in air tickets.
  • Checking queues in Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems.
  • Ordering and coordinating with the airline additional special services in Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems.
  • Dealing with ongoing inquiries and maintaining the customer database.
  • Willingness to lead the airline ticketing department.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • At least 2 years experience with the Amadeus system.
  • Experience with the Farelogix system of at least 1 year.
  • Knowledge of the English and Russian languages is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Responsibility and attention to detail.
  • High level of business communication and negotiation skills/
  • High level of computer and office program proficiency.
  • High level of self-organization and ability to work independently.
