CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of Audit, Accounting, Tax & Advisory related services to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Advisory Trainee to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As an Advisory Trainee, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including the review and analysis of investment proposals, creating financial models, analysing financial data and researching capital markets. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, with any previous experience in investment proposals and financial analysis considered an advantage, although full training will be provided, and junior-level candidates are encouraged to apply. A highly attractive remuneration and benefits package is on offer, based on skills and experience.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Reviewing and analyzing investment proposals.
  • Creating financial models and assessing capital structures.
  • Analyzing financial data and risks.
  • Researching capital markets.
  • Preparing feasibility studies and business plans.
  • Providing support for insolvency and recovery services.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
  • Experience in investment proposals and financial analysis will be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of statistics and statistical packages.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Genuine interest in business.
