CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an International Real Estate Investment Firm with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their growing Tenant Liaison team based in Larnaca. As part of your role, you will act as the primary point of contact for tenants and potential tenants, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of tenancy-related matters. Our client is seeking a hard-working, and professional individual possessing excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring exceptional service is provided to both tenants and prospective tenants alike. Previous experience in property administration or similar is an advantage, but not essential, with fluency in English both written and spoken considered a must, along with proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with tenants and potential tenants via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Conduct tenant screening and reference checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Prepare and manage Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) agreements.
  • Communicate with tenants regarding rent payments, arrears, and rent increases.
  • Draft letters, maintain accurate records, and manage filing systems (including scanning and digital storage).
  • Work closely with other departments, external agencies, and legal representatives when required.
  • Identify issues promptly and propose effective solutions.
  • Answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field is not essential but preferred.
  • Previous experience in property administration or similar role is considered an advantage but not essential.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken is essential.
  • Knowledge of real estate or experience living in the UK is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Hard-working and professional with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • A proactive team player who can work under pressure.
