CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a recently established Business Centre in the heart of Limassol, offering premier serviced office space, we are seeking to recruit an Administrator/PA (Dual Role) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As part of your role, you will be responsible for overseeing Front-Desk operations of the Business Centre, ensuring clients receive the best level of service and administration support as possible, and you will also provide PA Support to the Director of the Business Centre, assisting with his day-to-day business needs. Any academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or similar is desirable, and you will need to possess proven experience in a relevant role, with outstanding administration, organisational and time management skills. Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English is required. An attractive remuneration package is on offer, which includes a 13th Salary.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Welcoming clients and visitors to the Business Centre.
  • Ensuring that the reception area is always tidy and presentable.
  • Handing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Managing and booking outgoing mail and couriers.
  • Managing the Conference Room schedule and coordinate meeting requests.
  • Providing secretarial support to the General Manager.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in a related field will be considered an advantage.
  • Proven experience in a relevant administration role is a must.
  • Any experience providing PA support to Senior Management is desirable.
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organised multitasking individual with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Warm and pleasant personality with strong soft skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures.
  • Good customer service skills.
