As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Engineering department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination, documentation, and reporting. Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, who possess 2+ years of relevant work experience. You will need to be fluent in Greek and English, and be a confident user of MS Office applications, including Excel. Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining references, suppliers, purchase orders, and work orders.
  • Processing invoices and charging materials, and stationery accordingly.
  • Monitoring and calculating working hours for engineering staff and subcontractors and preparing payroll reports for the Engineering Director and Human Resources department.
  • Controlling petty cash and preparing monthly expense reports.
  • Providing information to the Finance department and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Preparing department KPI reports and development reports for the Engineering Director.
  • Handling document filing and general administrative duties.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and relevant legislation.
  • Carrying out any other duties assigned by the Deputy Engineering Director or Engineering Director.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Academic background in Business Administration or any other related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Motivated, eager to learn, and willing to grow professionally.
