CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an established provider of Professional Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team based in Larnaca. As an Administrative Assistant, you will support a range of administrative functions for our client. As part of your role, you will carry out general office administration duties, assist with the administration of payroll and social insurance matters, support the corporate administration team, and more! Our client is seeking applicants who are ideally educated to degree level in a relevant field of study, with any prior experience in a relevant position considered an advantage, but not essential, and full training will be provided. You will need to possess strong knowledge of MS Office applications, and be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English. This represents an excellent opportunity for a junior-level candidate to grow and develop within a supportive and rewarding environment. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience, along with excellent working hours (07:45 – 17:15 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & 07:45 – 15:00 each Wednesday & Friday).

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • General office administration related duties.
  • Administration functions in relation to payroll and social insurance contributions.
  • Corporate Administration functions in relation to the Registrar of Companies (e.g. Annual Returns).
  • Execute Compliance procedures (Client Acceptance procedures).
  • Support to Accounting Department functions.
  • Administration duties in relation to services provided to Clients.
  • Other administration/secretarial duties as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration or similar discipline is desirable.
  • Any prior experience in a relevant administration-focus role is desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent client service skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of any Accounting/Payroll Software will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Any additional language skills will be considered a plus.
