CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a full-service boutique Law Firm providing a variety of legal services locally and abroad, we are seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will perform a variety of administrative tasks designed to facilitate the smooth running of the office, including answering, and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff members, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the firm's calendar, as well as assisting with other administrative tasks as assigned by Lawyers & Management. Any Higher Education or training relating to Office Administration or Secretarial Studies will be considered an advantage, and you will need to possess previous experience as a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or in a relevant customer orientated role. You will need to be fluent in both Greek and English, and be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Our client offers an attractive remuneration package based on skills and experience that includes a 13th salary.
