As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for a range of duties, including the management of correspondence, the handling of incoming phone calls, as well as providing key administrative support to construction projects. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally hold an academic background in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or similar, who possess approximately 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with any prior experience in the construction sector considered an advantage. Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel is desirable, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English are a must. An attractive remuneration package is on offer based on skills and experience. Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 from Monday to Thursday, and from 08:00 – 14:00 each Friday.
