CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a long-established provider of Heating & Cooling related products and services across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit an Administration Officer to join their growing team based in Limassol. As part of your role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent level of customer service for a range of products and services offered by the company. You will also support the preparation of tender requests with Senior Management, monitor stock levels, and support the overall operation of the company from an administrative perspective. Our client is seeking applicants who ideally possess previous experience in a relevant role, with excellent organisation and client service skills. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Greek and English, and be a confident user of MS Office applications. Any knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping will be considered an advantage, but not essential. Working hours are from either 08:00 - 13.00 & 15:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday with a 2-hour break, or alternatively from 09:30 – 18:00 with a 30 minute break. A competitive remuneration package is on offer, based on skills and experience, which includes a 13th salary.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Provide customer service for a range of products and services offered by the Company.
  • Handling incoming telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
  • Preparation and follow-up of tender requests and associated documentation.  
  • Monitoring of stock levels, ensuring ongoing availability of products.
  • General office administration duties.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Any academic background relating to Secretarial Studies, or Business Administration will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a relevant customer support and/or administration role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and client service skills are a must.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, and general IT literacy.
  • Any basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge will be considered an advantage, but not essential.
