Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for the accounting of a portfolio of local and international clients.
• Communication and resolution of any issues with clients.
• Reconciliation of banks, creditors debtors ledgers.
• Preparation of reports from the accounting software.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax forms in Taxisnet and organising payments through the Tax Portal platform.
• Preparation and submission of VAT, VIES returns.
• End to end preparation of client’s payroll.
• Documentation and filing of accounting transactions in an organized manner.
• Liaison with the audit department.
• Assisting with some internal accounting duties as required by Management.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• Bachelor’s in Accounting and Finance, Economics, Business Management or another related field.
• Approximately 4+ years of relevant work experience in Client Accounting is essential.
• Full member of a recognised accounting body (ACA, ACCA, CPA) is desirable, but not essential
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Confident individual, able to communicate in a clear and effective manner.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
