Accountant (Russian-Speaking)
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a forward-thinking technology company with a mission to revolutionize the world of trading, we are seeking to recruit an Accountant (Russian-Speaking) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for a range of duties including financial reporting, Bank and PSP reconciliations, invoice management, as well as liaising closely with external accountants to oversee payroll, taxation, and regulatory requirements. Our client is seeking applications who are ideally educated to degree level in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field, who possess approximately 3+ years of proven professional experience, ideally gained working within a CFD brokerage, Fintech, or Financial Services company. You will need to be fluent in both verbal and written Russian, and possess an upper-intermediate level of English. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Preparation
and submission of documents to external accountants.
- Oversee
external accountants for payroll, taxes, and social insurance.
- Oversee
invoice payments, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Preparation
of financial statements and reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Manage
accounts receivable and payable to maintain cash flow.
- Oversee
the reconciliation of bank, PSP, and trading platform balances.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s
or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+
years of experience in finance or accounting roles, within a CFD
brokerage, Fintech, or Financial Services company.
- Experience
in managing several areas of accounting of legal entities (bank, advance
reports, accounting of settlements with suppliers, buyers).
- Experience
in the formation of financial statements (Cash flow, Balance sheets, etc).
- Excellent
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluency
in verbal and written Russian and/or Ukrainian as well as an
upper-intermediate level of English.
