Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Assist in financial reporting and accounting operations.
• Preparing various quarterly, monthly, and weekly financial reports.
• Assisting in the execution of annual and quarterly financial statements audits and working closely with external auditors.
• Assisting in day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, imports purchasing invoices.
• Reconciliation of key vendors.
• Assisting in the weekly cash flow preparation and monitoring.

Key Skills/Experience: 

• An academic background relating to Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Attempting professional accounting qualification would be considered a plus.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in accounting department.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and previous experience with an ERP is a requirement.
• Experience working with SAP will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Attention to detail.
