Key Duties/Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyze workflows across multiple departments (Marketing, Support, Product, Back Office, etc.) to identify operational bottlenecks that can be optimized using AI solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and select cost-effective AI tools and providers (LLMs, NLP solutions, automation platforms, etc.) that best match the company’s operational needs.
• Design and deploy integrated AI workflows by connecting external AI services with internal systems using APIs, automation tools, and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Manage the transition from manual processes to AI-enhanced workflows, ensuring solutions remain stable, scalable, and continuously updated as AI technologies evolve.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of the current AI landscape (OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, etc.) and automation platforms (Make.com, n8n, Zapier).
• Proficiency with APIs, webhooks, and prompt engineering. Ability to bridge the gap between third-party AI tools and internal backend/frontend systems.
• Experience building multi-step automation chains and agent-based workflows (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, or visual builders).
• Ability to set up testing environments to evaluate LLM performance, including accuracy, hallucination rates, and compliance with brand guidelines.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of Russian or Hebrew will be considered an advantage).

Nice to Have:

• Understanding of trading concepts such as spreads, volatility, quotes, and technical analysis.
• Experience designing decision trees, human-in-the-loop escalation processes, and maintaining knowledge bases for AI-powered support systems.
