With offices in both Limassol and Nicosia, our client is able to accommodate applicants from either city who possess proven sales and business development experience gained working in the pharmaceutical sector. With fluency in both Greek and English, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities for our client’s products, as well as nurturing existing relationships with key partners. Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Generating new business opportunities for the Company’s products.
  • Educating potential clients and partners regarding the scope and range of products.
  • Designing the framework of the sales process tailored to the individual area and achieving the goals set at any given time.
  • Analysis of territorial data, preparation of other area-specific analyses and elaboration of action plans.
  • Planning work (preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly plans) and documenting them with the required frequency.
  • Liaising with other functional units (marketing, finance, compliance, market research, medical department, etc.).
  • Ad-hoc participation in projects.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry or similar).
  • Proven experience in a relevant sales and business development position within the Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Outstanding ethical approach to sales work.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and commitment to work in a Team.
  • Ability to analyze territory data, sales figures, with analytical thinking.
  • Ability to make effective decisions.
  • Category B driving licence.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software, as well as other relevant digital tools and technologies.
