The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for communicating with a range of services providers used by the Company in various jurisdictions to ensure compliance, and supply them with the required information. You will need to be educated to degree level in Law, or another closely related field, and possess a minimum of 1+ year of relevant professional experience. Fluency in English and Greek is essential, as well as proven experience with the drafting of corporate documents.
