Junior Quantity Surveyor
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Real Estate Development & Construction company with headquarters in Nicosia, we are seeking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team based in Nicosia. As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting in the cost management of construction projects. Working closely with Construction Project Managers, you will contribute to accurate cost estimates, monitor project progress, and ensure that expenditures remain within budget and that material are delivered on time. Our client is seeking applicants who are educated to degree level in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or other closely related fields, and any previous professional experience is highly desirable, although full training will be provided. Knowledge of AutoCad software is required, as well as fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Prepare
measurements for the order of construction materials.
- Document
measurements in an organised and effective manner.
- Regular
communication with customers and partners
- Placing
of orders and track the supply chain.
- Performs
any other relevant duties assigned by Management.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Educated
to degree level in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or another
closely related field.
- Previous
experience in a relevant position is highly desirable, although full
training will be provided.
- Knowledge
of the construction sector.
- Knowledge
of AutoCad software.
- Excellent
knowledge of MS Office.
- Fluency in both Greek & English, verbal and written.
