CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Events Management & Full-Service Marketing Agency with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Sponsorship Manager (Events) to join their growing team based in Limassol. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and managing the sponsorship program for all exhibitions and events in accordance with the strategic vision of the Executive Planning Team and creating customized sponsorship packages, conducting market research to identify suitable sponsors, and optimizing sponsorship value and profitability. Our client is seeking applicants who possess effective problem-solving abilities to address challenges and make recommendations for improvement for future exhibitions and events, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams to design sponsorship packages that align with the goals and objectives of the Company’s Exhibitions. You will need to be proficient in conducting market research to assess the needs and expectations of sponsors and exhibitors, as well as analysing industry trends and competitor sponsorships and posses an understanding of costs, expenditures, and profit margins to ensure alignment with the sponsorship program strategy.
Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales and
marketing to design sponsorship packages that align with the goals and
objectives exhibitions.
- Design different levels or
tiers of sponsorship packages that offer various benefits and
opportunities to sponsors based on their investment.
- Conduct market research to
assess the needs and expectations of sponsors and exhibitors.
- Introduce new types of
sponsorships in the packages.
- Analyse industry trends,
competitor sponsorships and target audience demographics to identify
suitable sponsors and develop suitable sponsorships.
- Work closely with EvOps Lead to
identify costs and expenditure to ensure profit margins align with the
strategy.
- Consult with the Head of
Innovation for additional features, activations and spaces that can be
monetized and elevate the value of the sponsorship packages.
- Track and measure the
performance of sponsorships during events and exhibitions.
- Gather feedback from clients
and evaluate the success of the sponsorship program.
- Prepare reports on revenue,
expenditures, and margins for each sponsorship.
- Evaluate the success of the
sponsorship program, identify lessons learned and make recommendations for
improvement for future events and exhibitions.

- Ability to collaborate

prepare reports on revenue, expenditures, and margins.
- Skill in gathering feedback
from clients, evaluating the success of the sponsorship program, and
making recommendations for improvement based on lessons learned.
- Ability to manage multiple
tasks and deadlines related to sponsorship program development,
implementation, and evaluation.
- Effective problem-solving
abilities to address challenges and make recommendations for improvement
for future exhibitions and events based on lessons learned from previous
events.
- Ability to manage multiple
