Financial Advisory Manager
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading provider of Audit & Accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients, and with offices across Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Financial Advisory Manager to join their growing team based in Nicosia. Working as part of an established Corporate Finance & Advisory team and overseeing a small team, you will provide clients with the required advice and support as well as industry and market knowledge from initiation through to deal completion. An academic background relating to Banking, Finance, Economics and/or Accounting is highly desirable and any professional qualification such as the CFA, ACA or ACCA will be considered a significant advantage. Our clients is seeking applicants with approximately 3+ years of relevant professional experience within an advisory role, or any other relevant position. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Greek are essential. Our client offers a highly attractive remuneration and benefits package to the successful candidate based on skills and experience.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Valuations
of loan portfolios, as well as banking institutions as a whole.
- Buy and
sell side due diligence work on loan portfolios, as well as banking
institutions as a whole.
- The
preparation of business plans, feasibility studies and cash flow
projections.
- Analysing
financial data and preparing reports
- Participating
in the preparation of proposals to clients and overall banking business
development initiatives.
- Assisting
clients to obtain new loan finance and renegotiating existing loan
arrangements.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Degree
(Undergraduate or Postgraduate) in the areas of Banking, Finance,
Accounting or related fields.
- Ideally
qualified ACA or ACCA with ideally 3 years of post-qualification
experience, preferably in industry or in consulting.
- Strong
financial modelling skills.
- Strong
oral and written communication skills, analytical and data
organisation/interpretation skills.
- Versatility
and ability to work on multiple assignments simultaneously and work under
pressure.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
