CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a boutique provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services to a diverse portfolio of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join their growing team based in the heart of Nicosia. The successful applicant will handle a variety of corporate administration duties, including arranging for documents to be executed, certified and apostilled, filing corporate changes with the Registrar of Companies, as well as collecting and reviewing KYC documentation. Our client is seeking applicants who possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a relevant position in corporate administration and any knowledge of Quorum and/or eBos software systems will be considered an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Collecting and reviewing KYC documentation.
  • Conducting ongoing client reviews and Due Diligence.
  • Conducting annual client reviews for entities/individuals in accordance with risk-based approach.
  • Ensuring that KYC/Due diligence information/documentation provided by clients fall within the Company’s requirements.
  • Making sure that Records Keeping systems are fully updated and accurate information is passed therein in relation to clients’/companies data.
  • Performing client’s negative database screening through software such as World Compliance and resolve/investigate the possible hits.
  • Assisting with the formation of Cyprus entities.
  • Liaising with the agents for the incorporation of overseas companies.
  • Record keeping and administration duties.
  • Arranging for the documents to be executed, certified and apostilled.
  • Filing corporate changes with the Registrar of Companies.
  • Other adhoc AML and related tasks as required.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • An academic background relating to Law, Business Administration or any other relevant field is desirable, but not essential.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of previous experience in Corporate Administration is essential, gained working for a Law Firm or Corporate Services provider.
  • Knowledge of Quorum and/or eBos will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Strong client service skills are a must.
  • Attention to detail, with excellent administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
