CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding Group of Companies with diverse business interests including the provision of Project Management, Software Development & Consultancy Services to a wide range of clients, we are seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join their growing team based in Larnaca. The successful applicant will primarily be responsible for leading the planning and implementation of project management strategies based on the PMI methodology, with a particular focus on CRM software related projects. Our client is seeking applicants who possess at least 2 years of previous experience in Project Management, who are familiar with PMI project management principles and practices. Holders of the PMP certification are encouraged to apply and fluency in both verbal and written English is essential.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project management strategies based on the PMI methodology.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into comprehensive Zoho CRM solutions.
  • Provide recommendations on system configurations, integrations, and automation strategies.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to Management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project management is essential.
  • Strong working knowledge of PMI project management principles and practices.
  • A strong understanding of Zoho CRM functionalities and capabilities is highly desirable. 
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Any previous experience with CRM related project implementations will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient in project management software tools.
  • Adept at project and change management.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
