CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, an expanding provider of Financial Technology solutions and services to the iGaming industry, we are seeking to recruit a Head of PSP (Payment Service Providers) to join their growing team based in Limassol. As the Head of PSP, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our client’s payment services, with a particular focus on the casino payments solutions sector. Our client is seeking applicants who possess approximately 5+ years of previous experience in payment operations, ideally gained working in the Casino and/or iGaming payments sector. You will need to hold prior experience of managing and leading a team of payment professionals and be fluent in both verbal and written English.

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the PSP department in alignment with company goals and industry trends.
  • Manage and lead a team of payment professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve department objectives.
  • Oversee payment processing activities, including deposit and withdrawal processes, fraud prevention, and chargeback management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, compliance, and customer support, to optimize payment processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external payment providers and partners to negotiate favourable terms and ensure the availability of a wide range of payment options.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and potential risks for the company's payment operations.
  • Continuously improve payment-related systems, processes, and infrastructure to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect sensitive payment data and prevent fraud.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on payment performance, KPIs, and strategy.

Key Skills/Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in payment operations, with a strong background in the casino/payments solutions industry.
  • Proven experience managing and leading a team of payment professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing, including payment methods, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with payment providers and partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and make data-driven decisions.
