Project Architect
CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading Construction & Real Estate Development company with expanding operations in Cyprus, we are seeking to recruit a Project Architect to join their growing team based in Limassol. Reporting to the Senior Architect, the successful applicant will primarily be responsible for the preparation of architectural drawings for all types of permits and applications. You will need to be a member of ETEK or any equivalent technical chamber and possess approximately 5 years of experience working on Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use developments. Advanced knowledge of technologies including AutoCAD and MS Office are essential, as well as fluency in both verbal and written Greek and English.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Reporting
to the Senior Architect.
- Preparation
of architectural drawings up to a high degree of detailing for all types
of permits and applications.
- Coordination
between the Sr. Architect, the external Architectural
Consultants/Associates, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer.
- Communication
with authorities concerning the permit application.
- Production
of detailed High-Definition 3D renderings.
- Any
other duties and tasks as assigned.
Skills/Experience:
- Member
of ETEK and/or any equivalent Technical Chamber within the EU.
- 5 years
or more of experience with Residential, Commercial & Mixed-Use
developments.
- Full
knowledge of Cyprus planning and building permits processing & ability
to produce all required drawings for permit application submissions.
- Advanced
knowledge of technologies including Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, Rhino,
Photoshop & InDesign, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, MS Project).
- Ability
to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
