Key
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with the onboarding of new team members from an IT
perspective.
- System setup and profile creation including but not limited to:
Active Directory, MS Office365, SharePoint, Jira etc…
- VPN setup and support.
- Windows 10 & 11 support and maintenance.
- Windows Server maintenance.
- Network support and administration.
- Desktop, Laptop and Printer support.
- Jira Service Desk ticket processing.
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions
to resolve system issues.
Key
Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level in Information Technology or a related
field.
- Some previous, demonstrable experience within an IT Support role is
a must.
- Microsoft Windows environment support experience is essential.
- Any experience with Linux will be considered an advantage, but not
essential.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Basic knowledge of network standards and protocols.
- Can do attitude with the ability to work in fast paced demanding
environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with
all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in English (Written & Spoken).
